Fifteen seminars will be created, which will be taught free of charge to all beneficiaries. Each seminar will have 300 total hours (teaching and studying) and will serve 100 members of the HOU. The teaching hours will be 100 and the studying hours 200. The seminars will be offered remotely and will be held in two cycles. A priority order based on the application will be strictly followed for the selection of the beneficiaries.
